Return & Refund Policy

At The Timeless Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • We want you to love what you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
    • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
  • Process:
    1. Email us at henirafashion@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
    2. Ship the item back to our return address (details will be provided by our team).
    3. Once inspected, we will process the exchange.
  • Note: Reverse pickup charges may apply and will be communicated during the process.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized/customized products.
    • Intimate items (lingerie, swimwear, etc.).
    • Sale/clearance items (if marked “final sale”).

2. Cancellation & Refund 

  • Order Cancellation:
    - Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. For prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (2-3%) may be deducted.
    - Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

    Refunds:
    - Refunds will be processed only if the product is unavailable or if the order is cancelled by Henira Fashion.
    - Prepaid refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
    - COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


3. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item is received safely.
