At The Timeless Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchange Policy
- We want you to love what you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
- Process:
1. Email us at henirafashion@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Ship the item back to our return address (details will be provided by our team).
3. Once inspected, we will process the exchange. - Note: Reverse pickup charges may apply and will be communicated during the process.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized/customized products.
- Intimate items (lingerie, swimwear, etc.).
- Sale/clearance items (if marked “final sale”).
2. Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. For prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (2-3%) may be deducted.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed only if the product is unavailable or if the order is cancelled by Henira Fashion.
- Prepaid refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
