  • Tracking: Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to love what you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility:
    - Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.

  • Refunds are issued based on our store policy and after product inspection.
  • Process:
    1. Email us at henirafashion@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
    2. Ship the item back to our return address (details will be provided by our team).
    3. Once inspected, we will process the exchange.

Note: Reverse pickup charges may apply and will be communicated during the process.
